Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENTS To secure your appointment, a deposit equal to 50% of the treatment cost is required. To ensure suitability and client safety, a patch test is required at least 24–48 hours prior to any tinting or lash treatments. All treatments are consultation-based to provide clients with a personalised approach to their skin and body goals. Prices can be discussed during your appointment or viewed via our booking system. Cancellations Any cancellation fee will reflect the losses incurred by the business where we are unable to re-sell your appointment, in line with consumer laws. Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 48hrs notice = no charge 24-48hrs notice = 50% deposit retained Less than 24hrs notice = 100% of depost retained Late Arrivals/No Shows If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. You will need to rebook and 100% of your deposit will be retained.
