Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Cancellation policy Due to the increased number of cancellations and no shows going forward all bookings will only be confirmed with a deposit of 50%. Your deposit is fully refundable, however in line with industry protocol we reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee from the deposit prior to the release of the deposit. In compliance with consumer law any such cancellation fee will be reflective of the losses incurred by the business where we are unable to resell your appointment.
